I started in medico-legal operations. It taught me to pay attention to how work moves between people.

That work grew into supporting founders and building clearer SYSTEMS. Who owns the next step? Where does the information go? What happens when something slips?

Then came automation. Repetitive tasks became practical >/~workflows.

I began working on product development, building on the same questions about how people work and what gets in their way.

Today, I work as an operations partner. Usually, the conversation starts with “there has to be a better way.”
