ABOUT ME
From complex operations to systems that work
Explore the highlights · there’s more underneath
I started in medico-legal operations, coordinating cases, records, and deadlines where getting the details right mattered. It taught me to pay attention to how work moves between people.
That work grew into supporting founders and building clearer SYSTEMS. Who owns the next step? Where does the information go? What happens when something slips?
Then came automation: intake, email, tracking, and follow-ups that no longer depended on someone remembering every step. Repetitive tasks became practical >/~workflows.
I began working on product development — internal tools, dashboards, websites, and client-facing products, building on the same questions about how people work and what gets in their way.
Today, I work as an operations partner, helping founders and teams find the gaps, put structure in place, and keep the work moving. Usually, the conversation starts with “there has to be a better way.”
And usually, there is.
